  8. disk installation package, refer to VENDOR.DOC for instructions.

  10. CASUAL USERS:  Please read the information below if you are 
  11. considering giving the shareware edition of WinCharging to a 
  12. fellow shareware enthusiast.  [Casual users are defined as those
  13. individuals who do not fall into the Vendor category, and who
  14. try shareware programs solely as a means to obtain low cost
  15. software for personal use.]

  20. WinCharging is protected by U.S. copyright laws and inter-
  21. national treaties.  Unauthorized use, distribution, or repro-
  22. duction of this product may result in severe civil and criminal
  23. penalties.

  25. The SHAREWARE VERSION of WinCharging may be distributed by 
  26. casual users as long as it is done in the manner prescribed in
  27. the Shareware Distribution Rights defined below.

  32. This is the "try before you buy" Version of WinCharging.
  33.  
  34. It is a full-featured, fully functional program that you can 
  35. test on your computer for sixty days.  After that period, 
  36. you will not be able to create new records.  You can, of 
  37. course, continue to access your existing records after the 
  38. evaluation period.

  41. form is in the text file PURCHASE.TXT.  Ordering information 
  42. is also available in WinCharging's online Help file.  Open 
  43. the Help file, click the Search button and search on 
  44. "purchase".

  49. ONLY the Shareware Version may be distributed, and it must be
  50. distributed in its complete form.  This includes, but is not
  51. limited to, all of the files necessary to install and to run
  52. WinCharging properly, as well as the program's Help files,
  53. the concomitant shareware text files, such as LICENSE.TXT and 
  54. PURCHASE.TXT, and any files deemed necessary by My Little 
  55. Realm Enterprises.  The complete list of files is fully 
  56. enumerated in CONTENTS.TXT.

  58. As a general rule, you should pass along a copy of the 
  59. shareware edition you purchased from your disk vendor.  If 
  60. you downloaded a copy of WinCharging from a BBS, you should 
  61. pass along a copy of that ZIP file.

  63. Under no circumstances should you attempt to copy the expanded
  64. WinCharging files from your hard disk and give those to your 
  65. fellow shareware enthusiasts.  WinCharging must be installed 
  66. correctly if it is to run properly.  You do your friends a 
  67. disservice by giving them incomplete copies of any shareware 
  68. program.

  100. Jersey and shall inure to the benefit of My Little Realm 
  101. Enterprises and any successors, administrators, heirs and 
  102. assigns.  Any action or proceeding brought by either party 
  103. against the other arising out of or related to this agreement 
  104. shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent
  105. jurisdiction located in Bergen County, New Jersey. The parties
  106. hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
